Hungary's prime minister Viktor Orbán proposed on 10 October 2016 constitutional changes aimed at banning the mass relocation of migrants, following the outcome of the 2 October 2016 referendum on the EU-proposed refugee quota plan. This amendment was included into a larger set of changes to the Constitution, according to a proposal from the Hungarian government. |
