Hungarian constitution to ban relocation of migrants

Hungary's prime minister Viktor Orbán proposed on 10 October 2016 constitutional changes aimed at banning the mass relocation of migrants, following the outcome of the 2 October 2016 referendum on the EU-proposed refugee quota plan.

This amendment was included into a larger set of changes to the Constitution, according to a proposal from the Hungarian government.
