Brexit reading list: legal and constitutional issues

The House of Commons Library has compiled, from a wide range of sources, a selection of analysis and comment relevant to the UK's forthcoming withdrawal from the European Union. It was first published in October 2016.

The report provides information on and/or links to a selection of analysis and comment on:

+ constitutional and legal issues surrounding UK withdrawal
+ the triggering of Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union (TEU), which will start the withdrawal process
