On 9 May 2017, Italy submitted application EGF/2017/004 IT/Almaviva for a financial contribution from the EGF, following redundancies at Almaviva Contact SpA. Following its assessment of this application, the Commission has concluded that the conditions for awarding a financial contribution from the EGF are met.
