Brexit and competition inquiry: CMA submission to Lords EU Committee

On 21 July 2017, the House of Lords EU Select Committee (Internal Market Sub-Committee) opened an inquiry into Brexit and competition. The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) sent a written submission to the Committee which was published on 13 September 2017, the day before the CMA appeared before the Committee to give evidence.
