	Summary: Council Decision of 19 March 2019 establishing the position to be adopted on behalf of the Union regarding proposed amendments to the EEA Agreement. Further information: The EEA Joint Committee proposes to amend Annex IX (Financial Services) to the EEA Agreement in order to incorporate the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) and Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD IV). The draft decision extends the already existing EU policy to the EEA EFTA States (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).
