Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/373 amending Decision 2014/119/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine

Summary:

The Council of the European Union decided on 5 March 2020 to extend until 6 March 2021 the existing asset freezes directed against 10 persons identified as responsible for the misappropriation of Ukrainian state funds or for the abuse of office causing a loss to Ukrainian public funds.

Further information:

The sanctions against two persons were not extended. This decision was taken on the basis of the annual review of the measures. The sanctions were initially introduced in March 2014 [Regulation (EU) No 208/2014].
