2011-12 Convergence Programme for the United Kingdom: Submitted in line with the Stability and Growth Pact

The 2011–12 Convergence Programme for the United Kingdom is submitted in line with the European Union’s Stability and Growth Pact (SGP), for the purposes of the multilateral
surveillance procedure under Articles 121 and 126 of the EU Treaty. The Convergence Programme sets out the UK’s medium-term fiscal policies.
