2015 Market development report on occupational pensions and cross-border IORPs

This is the ninth report in a series on market development reports focussing on cross-border activities of Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provisions (IORPs) and Directive 2003/41/EC Art.4 ring-fenced funds following the implementation of Directive 2003/41/EC2. It provides a brief overview on the IORPs' and Art.4 ring-fenced funds' landscape in the European Economic Area (EEA), as well as on the developments in cross-border arrangements of IORPs.
