2nd EU-Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Council, 17 November 2017

The second EU-Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Council (SA Council) was held on 16 November 2017. The meeting follows the Stabilisation and Association Committee and the various sub-comittees held since the previous SA Council.

The Council reviewed the state of relations between Albania and the European Union under the Stabilisation and Association Process. The discussion focused on pre-accession strategy and the relations under the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.

The two sides also held an exchange of views regarding developments in the country's region.
