Summary: On 2 May 2007 the Commission adopted the preliminary draft budget (PDB) for the year 2008. Council Regulation (EC) No 378/2007 laying down rules for voluntary modulation of direct payments was adopted on 27 March 2007. Its direct impact on the EAFRD budget is an increase of EUR 362 000 000.00 in commitment appropriations. |
