Where to start? That is the question most frequently asked by non-governmental organisations (NGOs) seeking EU funding as the vast number of doors to knock upon and often complicated application process can appear daunting and misleading, for example disability programmes are not found in the Directorate General for Employment and Social Affairs but within the Information Society Directorate.
