A meeting of minds on markets

Editorial considers two papers concerning the European Union's Financial Services Action Plan, published in the week ending 29 November 2002, one by the Paris-based Eurofi association of financial services companies and the other from the City of London, co-ordinated by Sir Nigel Wicks. The editorial concludes that the convergence of approaches among market participants is a hopeful sign for the single financial market.
