Active diplomacy for a changing World: The UK’s international priorities

In 2003, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office published its first White Paper on the UK's international priorities. The 2006 White Paper establishes a new set of strategic priorities, building on those of 2003. It was presented to Parliament by the UK Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, on 28 March 2006.
