An ACP view of the road to Economic Partnership Agreements: An interview with Jean-Robert Goulongana, ACP Secretary-General

Negotiations with a view to concluding Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) between the ACP countries and the European Union took place over the period 27 September 2002 to 31 December 2007. They took account of the objectives and principles of the Cotonou Agreement - the reduction and ultimately the eradication of poverty and the gradual, smooth integration of ACP nations into the world economy.
