The Annual Activity Report 2008 has been drafted in accordance with the Financial Regulation and is the main yearly reporting tool used by the European Economic and Social
Committee in order to report to the budgetary authority. The report is distributed to the European Commission (DG BUDG), the Court of Auditors, and to the budgetary authorities, the Council and the European Parliament.
