Anti-discrimination legislation in EU member states

The EUMC commissioned a study, in 2001-02, on the comparison of the adopted Article 13 Council Directives with existing national legislation in the EU Member States. A series of country reports are available (in English) for Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom (the EU15). The German, Danish and Greek country reports have also been translated into their national language. The study was limited to discrimination on the grounds of racial or ethnic origin and religion or belief.
