What will be the impact of the 'Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance in the Economic and Monetary Union' (TSCG) on the classical constitutional narrative of European integration? Does it mean a step back to intergovernmentalism and an evident loss in terms of supranationalism? This article aims to provide some answers to these questions, trying to analyse the impact of the contents of this agreement on the European integration process.
