Barack Obama plans intervention in Britain’s EU referendum

The chair of the Senate foreign relations committee, Bob Corker, suggested that Washington feared that the UK’s EU referendum was a dangerous gamble that could unravel with disastrous consequences for the entire continent. He also suggested that President Obama was likely to make 'a big, public reach-out' to the British public to encourage voters to vote for the UK to remain in the EU.
