Barnier faces Commons on EU regulation

The European Union Internal Market Commissioner Michel Barnier has agreed to give evidence to United Kingdom Members of Parliament on the Treasury Select Committee over European Commission proposals for financial regulation, November 2010, insisting that he does not want to undermine the City of London.
