have signed a long-term lease on the Charlemagne building in Brussels, former home of the Council of Ministers. The lease, which has a minimum duration of 27 years after the renovation work currently under way is completed, formalises a letter of intent signed in July. The yearly lease is set at 495 million Belgian francs. The Council of Ministers moved out of the Charlemagne and into its new home in the Justus Lipsius building over the summer.
