Beppe Grillo — floating on the eurosceptic wave

In local elections in May 2012, comedian Beppe Grillo’s Five Star Movement won a number of town halls including Parma. Advocating an exit from the euro and the overthrow of Italy’s political class, Five Star is well on its way to becoming the second most powerful political force in Italy.
