Better Training for Safer Food. Annual Report 2013

The Better Training for Safer Food annual reports contain in-depth information on all aspects related to the initiative, how it has developed over the years and the initiative's legal basis and operating context.

Details are provided of both the EU-based and third country training activities which take place each year, including geographical distribution in terms of participating and hosting countries, as well as of the activities within the BTSF Africa programme. The report also includes information on new programmes for the following year and on the outcomes of the specific activities such as conferences, communications, staff working documents etc.

In addition, practical information is given on how to apply to take part in and organise BTSF activities and the contact details of the various contractors and BTSF national contact points.
