Blair: decision time on European reform (28.1.00)

UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has called on European governments to embrace reform to compete in the new economies of the 21st century.

Addressing the World Economic Forum at Davos in Switzerland, 28.1.00, Mr Blair called on his European Union partners to make the change - but retain their core social values
