For EU law geeks, the EU Treaty amendment process is of major interest and fascination. Following the Treaty of Lisbon, it seemed unlikely that there would be another significant Treaty amendment for years. But following UK Prime Minister's David Cameron’s demand in November 2014 to renegotiate EU free movement rules (which was echoed to a lesser extent by the UK Labour party), Treaty amendment has become rather more likely.
