Bosnian leaders hold symbolic meeting

Article reports that Government leaders in Bosnia-Herzegovina held a symbolically important joint meeting in the ethnic Serb administrative capital of Banja Luka on the 6 November 2008 for the first time since the Dayton peace treaty ended the 1992-1995 Bosnian war.
