Brazil and Europe heading towards 2015

Under Lula, Brazil and the EU have agreed to become strategic partners. Now, during the presidency of Dilma Rousseff, both parties must deepen and harmonise their bilateral, inter-regional and global relations.

Until 2015, Brazil and the EU should sign a free trade agreement, prioritise renewable energies in their bilateral relations and coordinate positions at the global level.
