Analysis of the UK's Migration Statistics Quarterly Report, February 2018 issued by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

The author highlighted that fewer EU citizens were now coming to the UK and more were leaving, giving credence to the idea of a growing 'Brexodus' following the UK’s decision to leave the EU.

It seemed that, for a number of reasons, the UK was becoming a far less attractive place EU citizens – not least because of the uncertainty of Brexit and because very little was known yet about what future immigration policy would look like towards EU citizens once the UK had left the EU.
