Brown seeks to defuse treaty concerns

UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown reports back to the House of Commons, 22 October 2007 on the outcome of the informal European Council, Lisbon, 18-10 October 2007, at which the EU agreed on the text of Treaty of Lisbon.
