Budding artists under 30 are being offered cash prizes by the European Parliament’s Socialist Group.

As part of its poster design competition on the theme “Our Europe is what we make it”, national winners are being offered 800 ecu, with three European-wide prize winners receiving a further 2,600 ecu.
