This package of proposals to build a stronger economy in Northern Ireland and secure a shared future for all its people was agreed between the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, and First Minister of Northern Ireland, Peter Robinson, and deputy First Minister, Martin McGuinnesss, in London on 14 June 2013.

It sets out a range of measures to help rebalance the Northern Ireland economy and drive investment, jobs and growth. It also underpins efforts to tackle community divisions and build a genuinely shared future for everyone in Northern Ireland.
