Article reports that Bulgaria is considering pulling out of a regional oil pipeline project, June 2010, on environmental grounds, because of fears triggered by BP’s massive oilspill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Boyko Borissov, Prime Minister, said the construction of an offshore oil terminal and a 280km overland pipeline to ship Russian oil from the Black Sea to the Aegean could pose unacceptable hazards.
