Bulgaria’s ex-police PM vows to fight graft

Bulgarian centre-right leader Boyko Borisov took over formally on the 27 July 2009 as Prime Minister of Bulgaria of a minority government tasked with overcoming a recession and corruption that has held up European Union aid.
