Article reports that new United Kingdom Prime Minister, David Cameron, would hold talks on the 20 May 2010 with French President Nicolas Sarkozy and on the 21 May 2010 with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, seeking to put an end to the uneasy relationship he has had with them in his years in opposition.

Mr Cameron is seeking a pragmatic relationship with his main EU partners, despite his Conservative party’s Eurosceptic image.
