that left 15 people dead on 17-18 August 2017, security services shot the prime suspect on the 21 August 2017. Both Spain and Finland, where another attacker killed two people on the 18 August 2017, were still reeling from the shock. Europe's media had very different answers to the question of how to deal with terror and whether it could be prevented at all.
