CAP Proposals will Hinder not Help Welsh Farmers

European Commission proposals for the future of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) post 2014 released on the 12 October 2011 will hinder not foster Welsh farmers’ ability to sustainably grow the amount and value of food production in Wales according to the NFU Cymru.

NFU Cymru (NFU: National Farmers' Union) has nearly 15,000 members in Wales, and represents the majority of farmers in Wales.
