CBI chief fears ‘whopper’ of a Brussels threat over flexible labour market

Report of the views of the Confederation of British Industry of what they want from the 'simplified' Constitutional Treaty being negotiated by the EU Member States. Richard Lambert, Director-General of the CBI, warned that Europe's revamped constitution poses a major threat to Britain's free labour markets and commercial ethos.
