... after 58 Chinese were found dead in a lorry in Dover last month. The move was agreed by Chinese Prime Minister Zhu Rongji and Commission President Romano Prodi at a meeting in Brussels this week. Detailed plans have yet to be drawn up, but officials say they could include cooperation between EU and Chinese police forces and setting up joint information campaigns aimed at warning Chinese citizens of the danger of paying criminals to smuggle them out of the country.
