Clarke criticises Tory leader on Europe

The former Conservative Chancellor of the Exchequer, Kenneth Clarke, strongly attacked the European policy of the Conservative Party leader Iain Duncan Smith on 10 July 2003, undermining a speech given by Mr Smith in Prague, also on 10 July 2003, unveiling his vision for a 'New Europe'.
