Following Enlargement of the EU in May 2004, the new EU Member States, particularly Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, started to designate a certain number of national Community trade mark courts of first and second instance. These courts are specialised courts designated to hear cases arising from Community trade marks (CTMs). |
