In November 2005, the Community trade mark reached an important milestone in the ten years since Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) opened its doors in Alicante. Community Trade Mark (CTM) proprietors were able to renew their existing CTMs at OHIM as of 1 November 2005, six months before the expiry of the first registered marks filed ten years ago. |
