This report, by CRA International, surveys the implementation of the Insurance Mediation Directive (IMD) across the EU15 and provides a detailed comparative analysis of the process in four countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. The report analyses the manner and impact of implementation of IMD upon insurance intermediaries throughout the EU.
