This publication presents all relevant European Court of Justice case law pertaining to equal treatment between women and men as well as non-discrimination dating back to 1971. The basic facts of each case are presented as well as the questions asked to the ECJ and its final judgment. The first section of the publication addresses equal treatment between men and women and the second part focuses on non-discrimination cases.
