Concerns mount over cost of EU satellites

Concerns are growing October 2006 over Europe's ambitious plan for a satellite system, Galileo, as its costs rise and political wrangling continues at Airbus, the symbol of European aerospace co-operation. The project was discussed at the Transport Council, Luxembourg, 12 October 2006
