Constitutional Court annuls Catalan independence declaration motion

The Spanish Constitutional Court (TC) unanimously declared the Catalan Parliament's independence declaration of 9 November 2015 unconstitutional and, therefore, invalid.

The Court approved an appeal that had been filed by the Spanish central government on the 11 November 2015.
