The UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), on 3 June 2008, issued a consultation on the draft Regulations and administrative arrangements for the enforcement in the UK of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals commonly referred to as REACH. Deadline for responses: 25 August 2008.
