Around 400 European companies, including a large number of SMEs, took part in a European consultation on trade marks from 29 October to 31 December 2008. The consultation, by the European Business Test Panel (EBTP) came at a time when the European Commission was proposing a 40% cut in the cost of the Community trade mark. |
