Corporate chiefs call for cheaper antitrust process

The Transatlantic Business Dialogue (TABD), which aims to facilitate US-EU business ties, says that the US and the EU should co-operate to streamline antitrust investigations that have sharply pushed up the costs of mergers and acquisitions.
