Financial Times reports on a survey made by the law firm Allen & Overy on EU’s corporate governance. According to the statistics it seems that 49% of executives opposed pan-European guidelines; furthermore the survey showed a sharp difference between views in the UK and elsewhere. In the UK, about 64% of executives were opposed to such guidance. By contrast, 65% of continental European bosses were in favour.
