Deadlocked EU transparency reform finds new impetus

EurActiv provides a major feature looking at the issue of access to documents in the European Union, and the long-stalled negotiations to introduce a revised version of Regulation 1049/2001. Campaigners are renewing their attempts to get the law clarified and strengthened as the new Juncker Commission comes into office.
