Report of an agreement on the European Evidence Warrant made by European Union Interior Ministers at the Justice and Home Affairs Council, Luxembourg, 1-2 June 2006 whereby cross-border transfer of documents, photographs, weapons and other investigative materials between national authorities will be speeded up, aiding the work of criminal investigators and prosecutors.
